Mrs. Alicia Cas-Lopez is a Senior Lecturer at Lakatoi Business College, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and experience in accounting education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with extensive professional practice in the Philippines.

In Papua New Guinea, Mrs. Cas-Lopez has also served as a Trade Assessor for the National Apprenticeship Trade Testing Board, contributing to the development and evaluation of vocational and technical competencies in the region.

With an impressive career spanning 40 years as a lecturer in Accounting, Mrs. Lopez is highly regarded for her dedication to nurturing future accountants and her commitment to upholding excellence in teaching and professional standards.

Mr. Arnold Braza is a seasoned Lecturer in the field of Information Technology, with over 15 years of teaching experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and has built a solid career in IT education.

Mr. Braza has international teaching experience, having served as a Lecturer at University of Technology and Applied Science in Ibra, Oman, where he honed his expertise in delivering advanced IT curricula. Additionally, he has been a Lecturer in Computer Hardware and Networking for NCII under TESDA, Philippines, contributing to the skill development and certification of IT professionals.

Renowned for his technical knowledge and effective teaching methods, Mr. Braza is dedicated to empowering students with the skills and competencies required in the dynamic IT industry.

 

Mr. Erwin Rayel is the College Director of Lakatoi Business College (LBC), Papua New Guinea, bringing almost 30 years of experience in academia and ICT leadership. He previously served at Bicol University in the Philippines, where he held various key positions including Head of the Computer Science and IT Department, ISP Director, and  at Port Moresby Business College as Head of the IT Department. He also contributed as ICT Manager at the Somare Institute of Leadership and Governance (SILAG). At LBC, Mr. Rayel leverages his extensive expertise to drive academic excellence, innovation, and impactful community engagement.
