Mr. Arnold Braza is a seasoned Lecturer in the field of Information Technology, with over 15 years of teaching experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and has built a solid career in IT education.
Mr. Braza has international teaching experience, having served as a Lecturer at University of Technology and Applied Science in Ibra, Oman, where he honed his expertise in delivering advanced IT curricula. Additionally, he has been a Lecturer in Computer Hardware and Networking for NCII under TESDA, Philippines, contributing to the skill development and certification of IT professionals.

Mr. Erwin Rayel is the College Director of Lakatoi Business College (LBC), Papua New Guinea, bringing almost 30 years of experience in academia and ICT leadership. He previously served at Bicol University in the Philippines, where he held various key positions including Head of the Computer Science and IT Department, ISP Director, and at Port Moresby Business College as Head of the IT Department. He also contributed as ICT Manager at the Somare Institute of Leadership and Governance (SILAG).
